I am going to redraw pigsy from the Journey to the west project and make him look more realistic like what I have done with Monkey King.

Here is a sketch of Pigsy

Amazon warrior development

This is a character development of a female amazon warrior.

I've started off roughly drawing what I believe an amazon warrior would look like.

Then i figured that I was lacking on the 'sexy' look for the character, so I did numerous sketches of female figures to get the hang of it.

Then I worked on the character's outfit and weapons.

This is how she would look on the front, side and back.
Here is the final image.I will definitely work on the final colouring of this character in another few days.

Here is my editorial layout I found lying under my pile of work that I came found. It was for the Muscle Science article I created.

This is what the final layout looks like.
This is my character development for the Tekken characters.
I developed the characters into dogs because I want to challenge myself and explore the possibilities.
You would find a little bit more information of their descriptions in my official website.
Anyway, here's some of the character developments.

This is my final rendering of the characters.
With this character development, I did a lot of research on breeds of dogs, as well as considering the body frame, and leg muscles, etc.

Yeah, this month has been filled with a lot of cleaning and reorganising previous works. Since most of my projects have not been posted up yet I am finding the time to do so this holiday.
This is my character developments and graphic novel project of Journey to the West. I never thought I had done much work but looking back there's tend to be a few.
Here are some of the images that mattered:
Character Development
Here's the character development of Pigsy.
Here's the development of his weapon.
This is the final look of how Pigsy looks like.
Sadly, my computer was infected by a virus and I had lost all my work. I only can recover a few of my work since it was printed out in hard copies. But I shall redo my Pigsy in colour soon enough.
Monkey King
Here's the rest of Monkey King's development following after the previous post with the costume.
Here's a concept of different colours of fur I chose from:
Graphic Novel Development
This is the rough sketches of the scenes.
Then comes the page layout to make the story flow. I created a few roughs to see which layout is more effective.
And here is the final layout
For Avcon this year, which was about 5-6 months past, I had the idea to create a Monkey King costume. It took me this long to post it up because I had not found the time.
So as you might have noticed I am a big fan of Monkey King and it is one of my favourite story of all time along with few others since childhood. I can tell you how I watch it through thick and thin, sickness and all but I'm sure you don't want to put up with it.

Here's my final concept of Monkey King that I had designed for my character development and graphic novel project:
From here, I looked backed on my previous concepts of Monkey King that i had done and alter it enough to suit my body frame and the materials I could afford.

I kept the original colour of Monkey King which I believe would be red, yellow and black because I did not want to alter too much for people not to recognise the character.

I also look back on my concepts of Monkey King's weapon and and found it a little difficult and time consuming to create, as the day was getting closer.
I also created the golden circlet that Monkey King wears from metal rings I found in spotlight. There were many trial and errors creating this circlet as I did not have the proper welding equipment to stick the pieces together. So I end up using superglue - worked perfectly!

Lastly, was the question of whether having a mask or not. I juggled the idea for awhile, but end up finding a monkey mask on Ebay to have more realist monkey look.

Final Costume
Here's what it looks like:
I had forgotten how long this took me in making, but I know for sure that gathering the materials were hard.
In the end though, I had so much fun making it.
Also, I would like to give credits to my mum for doing all the sewing.

I've been looking back my old work on my computer and I stumbled across this project I'd done in my Animation class. Just like to share it. It's a little sketchy but I reckon it's hilarious!!

Okay, so I have been working on making pinatas for the last few days. The schedule was pretty tight, but I managed to make three with one day to spare. Here I made a pinata version of bomberman, one of the Minion from Despicable Me and an egg with a face.
The Minion did not turned out as what I had hope but oh well. They're gonna be smashed into pieces tomorrow anyway.

Here's the process:
